Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications ("Apps") published by Prestigio Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") under the Gozo Apps brand. By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Apps
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Apps
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks

3. Content You Create

Our Apps allow you to create and display custom content (messages, signs, etc.). You are solely responsible for any content you create and display using our Apps. We do not monitor, review, or store your content.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly.
• Price changes. We may adjust pricing for future billing periods. You will be notified of any changes in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our Apps — including design, code, graphics, and branding — are owned by Prestigio Holdings LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestigio Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prestigio Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Apps or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
